The lack of guides is concerning, it is bad when you can’t have a decent conversation and a bit of banter without some idiot coming in and spoiling it. On a daily basis in f2 you always get someone asking where the guide is.
I think the problem is that most of the guides are busy doing other things and don’t have the time.
Therefore I think it would be better if they made someone who uses the rooms quite often to be guides. Especially of a night into the early hours of the morning, that’s the worst time for idiots and no guides.
Infact I think my application to be a guide should be accepted as I would make a brilliant guide as I live in the rooms.. I have no life and they are my home :D (although the decorating in f3 is sooo wrong chintz is soo 80’s)

Hmmm.. very good question Bat.
I have to admit I have been guilty in the past and I let my then 12 yr old play on grand theft auto.. and other games that were labeled as 18+. I knew in my heart of hearts though that my son knew what the character in the game was doing was wrong. I once asked him if he thought that running people over and shooting people was right. the response i got back was ‘mam I’m not stupid, I wouldn’t really do it in real life.. duhhh’
It did make me a bit concerned though, when he yelled with delight as he shot another passer by in his game.
I suppose it’s all about educating your kids to know right from wrong and reality from fiction.
I often think those kids that commit similar acts to the games they are playing have issues in their life anyway, and get fiction mixed up with real life.

Yoda, I apologize for jumping on your back regarding your post. The issue I had is that it looks as if you are judging all Americans as gun toting assassins who really didn’t want what the majority of the people voted for. I’m a realist. I realize that there are people who will take aim at Obama. But, every leader has that reality over their head. Especially the leader of the U.S. Obviously, we are not well liked.

Slayer – Race played a big part in this election. Coupled with the fact that Bush’s approval ratings are so low. Obama ran his campaign on change, he speaks eloquently, Hollywood elites are on his side and the media is ultra liberal and skews a lot what they put on the airways. Hilary was more conservative and not as much of a socialist. She is seen as somebody who would keep politics as “business as usual”

Mary J – I believe that presidents are sworn in on January because they have to once again tally the votes to make certain nothing was missed. It’s kind of a check and double check type of thing.

Like I said, I didn’t vote for him, but I support him because he is going to by my president and I hope he succeeds.

Does it really matter? Bloodyhell let it go ffs, and for the record I quite liked Sharons posts and used to enjoy reading them, didn’t know her personally.. actually don’t know any bugger personally, but it is sad that she’s left, but she has. It’s not the end of the world and doesn’t need people abusing her for the sake of it. nor does it account for people crying over her departure either.
