No Mrs T, Claire wasn’t Minnie the Minx, that was another of F3’s “characters”.
In that case then Claire I apologise… a case of mistaken identity.
Sorry I was misinformed.
That’s how the demonisation that Scep talks of works. Someone gets a bad name justly or not, and then is blamed when not guilty. Credit to you Mrs T for checking your error and apologising.
I’m not here to bury Claire, nor to praise her. She’s been good company to me in chatroom, meet and one to one. And she’s also been downright annoying and out of order.
As has been said, neither ‘side’ in the various disputes have covered themselves with glory, and I’ve found myself on the receiving end of her anger – but never abuse – when I’ve told her she’s gone too far or in the wrong. I’ve also been on the receiving end of anger and abuse from those who have been arguing with her of whom there have been quite a few.
I wish her good luck as I’ve wished everyone in JC. Life, chat and people move on. I hope JC1 is better for her presence.

I WISH YOU ENOUGH . . . . . . . . They say it takes a minute to find a special person. An hour to appreciate them. A day to love them. And an entire life to forget them.
She must have been an American…
they talk like that.
Yeah, but they talk so pretty, I could just sit and listen for hours . . . . . . . . .

yes, de Niro does seem to like making a grotesque of himself (a sign of a dislocated intelligence?)…Rupert Pupkin can be seen in the Johnny Boy of Mean Streets.
Maybe he got envious of Matt Damon camping it up in The Good Shepherd.
and then again grotesques come in tuxedo…
disgraceful phrasing!!!
I’ll go. No mora roving . . . . ?

Yeah, thanks, Words, your characteristic choice of film clip succeeeded in driving out an internal horror of timed cha cha cha with an alien horror of bad taste.
How did de Niro allow himself to be dressed up like that?
I suspect he requested it . . . . . . . .
There’s something about a flounce (and I don’t mean the ‘stop posting on a thread and pretend you’ve physically walked out’ type)
