i work on the railways as a platform assistant. we meet and greet folk, and help people get where they need to be. ive heard some realy gut wrenching stories from drivers, first hand. and believe me no one in their right mind would die this way. so the many poor souls who do… must realy be mad. its grotesque.

How many more innocent children and babies have to die, before these useless incompetent social workers, get off of their backsides and DO something? Are they blind as well as stupid? What this poor baby went through doesn,t bear thinking about. They should sack bloody social workers. Time after time we hear the same old rubbish. “lessons will be learnt” or, “enquires will be made”. Fat lot of good that is after the poor child has died isn,t it?
babyA few years ago I befriended a young mother of 3 aged 10 months to 5 years who had moved in over the road to me, lovely children impeccably dressed, well behaved a credit to their parents. One morning the mother knocked on my door at 8 in the morning saying her husband had hurt the baby. My son was 5 at the time so I had to take him with me to her house, my stomach lurched as I saw the 10 month old baby with burn blisters on his face and what seemed to be a grazed carpet burn on his cheek.
The father was ordered to move out for 2 weeks, then let back on the condition he was not allowed to be alone with them. One evening, I knew the mother was out at work doing her cleaning job and the father was alone with them. I rang the Social Services, they asked me if I had the injunction number that prevented him from being alone with them, if I wasn’t so disgusted I would have laughed. They said in that case there is nothing we can do. The rage I felt propelled me to the doctors the next morning begging for valium or similar to help me sleep, something I had never done before. The doctor refused.
I later found out that the father on previous occasions had burnt the baby with an iron and broken his arm. I will never forget the reaction of my 5 year old son after that morning when he turned to me and said I didn’t llike seeing that babys face mummy I think it really hurt him.
They were allowed to continue living as a family and were rehoused for which I was grateful as when I observed the Social Workers visiting, restraining myself was more than I could bear. So forgive me if I have no faith whatsover in the Social Services. To this day I wonder how ever that women could live with that man!
oh my god. you poor lass. and your little un as well. what a terrible thing to see and know, whats happening. i would have killed him rather than let him alone with them babies. you poor poor lass. [cuddles]

In a way it’s a pity that we don’t have capital punishment for this sort of crime any more. however, if we DID hang them, itt would only give the bleeding heart liberals something else to protest about.
agreed..

im sorry but i have a problem here ? how the hell did this bloody parasite get here ? did she arrive first without her children ? did she send the kids first and then come to be with them ? the utter sick realisation is. we are being screwed by these leeches. the british people want to help other british people, again.. and not every other nation under the sun. how can you buy a big issue from a romanian gipsie ? when the same people are treated as1 October, 2008 at 7:55 pm #373400i have to say, thatthis is the first time i have ever viewed noel [w.t.f] dmonds has ever reached me as a fellow human. whilst i accept and totally respect his hard work for charities and good causes. i have always struggled with his grasp onthe odinary joe in the street. he s obviously a lot more switched o than thought. goon noe. rispec 2 ya bro. The UK will next week become the first European country to introduce graphic images on cigarette packets to warn about the dangers of smoking.
The 15 different images will include pictures of a diseased lung and heart surgery being performed.
They will start to be introduced on 1 October, but it will be another year before all packets contain them as existing stock will have to be sold.
Will it make any difference ?No, it won’t make the slightest difference. Smokers will only learn when it is too late because most are very stubborn and ignorant.
Your intelligence level never starts to amaze me.
If Smokers wanna smoke let em smoke. They give huge amounts of revenue to the Country.
Stopping smoking is harder than kicking Heroin. It aint an easy thing to do.You talk as if you know me, but you don’t so you do not need to comment on my intelligence. I am entitled to my opinion like everybody else, and if smoking is harder than kicking heroin so what? You shouldn’t have started in the first place. Congratulations on bringing in alot of the governments income, but then again it’s the tax payers who suffer when your dying in hospital. Oh and another thing I never once said smokers cannot smoke, let them by all means.
All I said in my last post was that pictures on cigarette packet will not make the slightest difference, but you obviously missed my point.err ! isnt this a site, where you ask for, and offer opinnions ?. whats the point otherwise ?
