I have already said if there is a viable alternative to culling I would be in favour of it wake…. let me ask you this though, I dont know if you have children but how would you feel if one of your kids contracted TB and possibly died when contracting it could easily be prevented? if there is a viable alternative bring it on…. to date none have been accepted as viable.
Well obviously since it would be my kid, I wouldn’t be delighted but nor would I get a shotgun and go on a badger killing spree for what they may have caused. Taking my emotions out of it why is my kids life any more valuable than that of another animal?
We can’t slaughter humans with a history of murder, rape or violence so why can we kill another animal who’s crime is just trying to get by in life as most of us are.
