If by definition it’s not bullying, then using the same rules neither is it banter.
I believe it falls somewhere between the two, some are just a bit of ribbing but others cross the line of decency. Either way it’s pretty sad a 50+ year old bloke can get such joy out of basically repeating himself daily for what seems like years, whether the person is here or not.
Worse are the people who can’t think for themselves and jump on the bandwagon to gain popularity on an internet forum or whatever reason they have, and here there is plenty.
