Im shocked with the English system..this would never happen in Canada…social services are to child abusers like flys are to sh it.
When a child is murdered here its because someone has either kidnapped the child…or did it within a few days span…if there are reports of child abuse workers are on the door step of said abusers immediately…and so they should be.
Working in the child care field we have an obligation to report any signs of abuse on a child, then its looked into right away…I have never in my life heard of such a story, a child being taken to the docs 100 times in 3 months, thats just wrong.
I think that the social workers and other professionals are as much to blame as the killers…they are just as much an accomplice…they may not have known exactly what was going on…but they knew something was, its not rocket science.
Crimes in England seem to be much less punishable by law then in Canada…do the crime here you do the time.
