you just wouldnt believe it if it wasnt true
My cat is deaf so wouldn’t be able to hear the sound, but she’s devasted that other cats and some of the more intelligent humans may no longer be able to read her ramblings – oops, I mean, ermmm, her deep thoughts on the place of cats above humans in the natural hierarchy. Sorry, she saw the word ramblings – excuse me while I just extract her claws from my thigh……
While coming back from Norwich last sunday in the Sprinter & Caravan in tow , a cat ran out in front of me , I slowed but obviously cud`nt slam on , I checked my mirrors but didnt see anything , after a few more yards i could see through the mirrors that there was quite a small dark lump in the road behind me , it was kind of moving slowly towards the kerb , I did`nt stop because it was raining & I had left my coat in the caravan & did`nt want to get wet , I reckon it must have survived , I didnt feel the van or caravan bump over it so maybe it just smacked its head on the under carriage or something , The other half was sleeping & again I didnt really want to wake her by stopping, was this wrong of me ? I would have reported it if it had been a dog , but you dont need to when its just a cat .
