The falseness of the speeding system has been shown time and time again and relies on most people not knowing the speed they were going at any point in time and just paying up regardless

A point that most people are also not aware of tho is that its actually illegal to make ANY levy against a person without a court appearance having occured and that includes anything from parking tickets, on the spot fines, speeding tickets and quite possibly credit card and bank charges

The law that makes such levies illegal was agreed when the crown passed power to the state in return for financial maintenance and outranks any other laws past that contradict it

A pensioner from the midlands tested this over some parking tickets and the court had to throw the case out, he has since accrued other tickets which were also thrown out when he used the statute in court

To remove that loophole ALL laws formed since the formation of governmental power would have to be rescinded and the agreement between crown and state anolled and then reformulated and rattified at which point the laws given power by that document would all have to be sanctioned again with respect to the newer version of the contract and any prosecution made under the older contract would be nullified as a result

I can assure you my views on the economic implications of immigration havent changed at any point since they were formed and I’ll happily give you a hundred quid if you can find a single post I have put on here that contradicts that view

Anyway, immigration isnt a racist topic as immigrants are of ALL races, viewing a persons actions differently if they arent white however or blaming something on someones race or nationality when someone of any ethnic background would or could have done the same thing AND wanting to punish people differently just because they have a different ethnic background ARE racist, try not to confuse the two if you can manage that

So just to clarify as you seem to be struggling to grasp a non guardian scripted viewpoint

Someone criticising an action anyone would be likely to do irrespective of background more negatively because of their background is racist or bigoted and I will always say just that

Someone coming here as an immigrant with loads of kids in tow to do a low paid job so their financial contributions are insignificant compared to what they take out is a negative financial contribution and totally contradicts the point of immigration, and what race they are, what country they are from is totally irrelevant other than when it dictates that their culture means they will be sending most of the money they do earn out of the country rather than spending it and thus bolstering the economy

The same would apply to someone from the US, Africa or Pakistan EQUALLY, money isnt racial

We cant be THAT broke seeing as the government seemed to think we could afford to write off all the african debts and THEN give them a gift of £10 billion for their schools the year before last

Maybe if they stopped wasting money and giving it to any ethnic minority that asks for it we might actually have enough to go round out own folks, hospitals and schools without needing to worry about it too much

Well perhaps people like that should be put on the list of people to look at AFTER there isnt a single immigrant worker here who came to fill ONE job but brought with them a wife, litter of kids and several elderly relatives all of whom then require education, health care and dental the cost of which that persons tax wont even scratch the surface of
