Trick or treat, smell my feet give me something good to eat…
As the saying goes..
Cooler nights, changing leaves, getting dark earlier, and ghost and goblins preparing with costumes and waiting to haunt the neighborhoods. Amazingly as holiday one I never truly understood the pleasure of dressing up weird and not the norm, getting a big bag of candy was a reward at the end of evening.
I will tell u to top it all off the scary movies and popcorn are a special treat for the month.
While recent travel I saw big difference between UK holiday and U.S.A. Did not see stores like ours with rows and rows of candy.. every store, or displays of multitudes like ours. Creatures hanging off ceilings, and store dress up of employees if still working. Actually movies different too..tried to find few on down time as well..No Freddy, Jason, Chucky, saw, poltergeist, hannibal, so I guess why not see much or any popcorn anywhere.
I did fall in love with the almond crossants however..so so nice and I enjoyed your hot chocolate better than ours. Belgium hot chocolate lovely too.
So enjoy your Halloween night what ever u do, next stop Thanksgiving in which America does take charge of the feasts and turkeys scramble to hide.
Happy Halloween!
