If it wasn’t so tragic, it’d actually be hilarious. I’m usually a great fan of comedic irony, but this is just..

All in such a short space of time too.. ROI’s timeline:

    EARLY 20TH CENTURY:
    -Ireland wants independence.

-Ireland commits atrocities to gain independence.

    -Ireland gets independence.

    MID 20TH CENTURY
    -Ireland isn’t happy with independence.

-Ireland commits more atrocities to gain independence even though they’ve already got independence but they’re unhappy with the independence they have because it’s boring or what ever and they’ve got nothing to bomb any more so in the name of independence bomb everything in sight anyway to get a different kind of independence to the independence they’ve already got

    EARLY 21ST CENTURY
    -Ireland signs away independence.

Oh the tragic irony of it all!

Bomb the Euro-fascist scum! The day I let France & Germany rule over me is the day I allow modern music to be played in my house *spits at the EU flag* :x

Britain will NEVER join the Euro, NEVER. “Britons never never never shall be slaves”

Also, the Magna Carta clearly states that foreign rule over England is illegal.

As a Briton, I would be well within my legally designated rights to bomb, shoot, maim, murder, beat or cause any other kind of minor disruption to any official or representative of the European Union as it would be an act of war.

The evil fascist empire of the European Union will face the same fate as its predecessors, the Third Reich & the USSR.

EU referendum passes by comprehensive margin

What a sad day for Democracy indeed, Ireland has just signed away its sovereignty completely. You poor, silly b*ggers.

And the problem is, the EU is collapsing, now you’ve signed your sovereignty and economy away, when they go down they’re taking every single penny Ireland has with them.

Fact: Facts need reliable, independent sources are it isn’t fact.

So where are your sources for these so-called facts?

Personally I’d say there is rarely such a thing as fact, the majority that is quoted as fact is simply as one or more people have observed or measured and therefore open to personal bias and/or interpretation. No statistics are 100% reliable, they can be influenced by so many different factors whilst being gathered and then manipulated during interpretation to suit the purpose for which they are being used.

However “facts” were demanded and so “facts” I have provided. The majority of it came from the Office of National Statistics or from recognised economical analysis experts.

I still don’t see any sources for these so-called fictitious facts :P

It’s all a load of b*llocks anyway. Just greedy multi-billionaires trying to package every country into one bank account so it’s easier to manage and profit from.

Doesn’t matter anyway, the EU is in the midst of collapse, Greece, Spain & Italy will be leaving shortly. Another few years the EU won’t exist as nations reclaim independence and take back control of their sovereignty and economy.

Do you still envision such an eventuality if the Irish electorate accept the treaty today Tom?

I don’t think it’ll make a difference either way to be honest mate, Ireland signing the treaty isn’t going to stop the complete social & economic collapse of the whole of the EU is it?

The EU is a failed project. They tried to tie different cultures, heritages, political ideologies and economic systems into one neat little super-state package, and it’s exploded right in their face. Just as everyone said it would.

Empires don’t work. We’ve seen it in the past all too often. Empires always collapse on themselves. The only reason Empires of the past lasted as long as they did was through military control. The EU empire, however, tried a different tactic – control via economy.

They tried using Keynes’ philosophy of “He who controls the economy controls the country” all too literally and it backfired, simple as.

The EU is eroding away slowly and will die a very painful death, there are a lot more riots and economic crashes to come yet.
