I can speak both French and Russian as well as my native English – you try learning Russian sometime..Don’t tell me you had to learn it, surely you would automatically know the language…You expect others to.My remarks are not racist at all – the only racism is coming from the likes of Tiler    – who seems to depise this country…

This is England surely their first language must now be English – if they have moved here permanently
Drivel seems to think that as soon as you set foot in this country that a magical thing occurs, you can speak English without having to learn it.
Grow up sonny, put mind in gear before opening mouth.
You think all ex-pats can speak Spanish, get real.

For those who think she shouldn’t be teaching at the school.
Many of the 529 boys and girls aged seven to 11 at Headfield Church of England Junior are from ethnic backgrounds where English is not the first language .
Note C of E school, so seems religion is not the issue, just dress code.

Plenty of examples. -

When you join a class, you do so to learn, not hold a general discussion with all and sundry, a case of sour grapes I think. after all one did speak English and offered to “discuss”, maybe it was beneath her to talk to these “foreigners”.

Who dares wins emma you plonker, who dares wins!

I presume the teacher was talking English, so this Codie would understand what was being taught, why would she want to bother with what is being said between pupils, irrespective of what language is being used.
While the police bit was a bit OTT, its fairly obvious she was out to cause trouble, a racist in the making, probably hears her mother…[Read more]

And the Muslim Council of Britain said Miss Azmi was wrong to insist on covering her face.
Spokesman Dr Reefat Drabu said that in the presence of young children Muslim women were not even required to wear a headscarf, let alone a veil.
And for the knownowts, the Airways dress code allows the wearing of jewelry (yes that includes crosses) as long…[Read more]

What about the 1.7 million unemployed, cant they be trained to work in hospitals?
What is the point in bringing in foreign skill, and paying for someone to claim benefit, madness, utter madness. This government are TOO lazy, they’d rather spend our money on a “sure thing”, than train someone, they havn’t the skills to run a country. They…[Read more]

Isolationism – ffs populations more mobile – what’s that got to do with anything
Isolationism is what you are preaching, keep the rest of the world out, populations are changing countries more and more.
