Possibly Tictax its because they have an opinion and ideas about how these children turn out to be monsters. But, how many are on the front line of these incidents?

seams we go around in circles when kids commit crimes , and u cant always blame the up bringing and stuff they’ve been thru , like ive sed some have been thru worse and exelled in life
