No-one has been named, no-one has been harmed.

    Nothing to see here.

Lots of good points, and I feel like making one too.

    I feel better now.

I’ve made some good friends on JC (my definition of friend may vary from yours) and I’m happy to say that I’ve also seen off some idiots too, although some remain. For now.

At the end of the day, a chatroom is what it is. A distraction. You may come in and act in a way that’s completely at odds with how you are. Or you can come in and be exactly the same. Time will prove which one you are, but not many people give you time, so they judge on what they see first time around.

Thankfully, I can usually see people and their foibles pretty quickly, even if they’re in disguise. ;)

(PS I don’t want to be in the in-crowd. The in-crowd want to be with ME.)

    True story:

One of my best friends lived in Eltham at the time and it was outside HIS house that Stephen Lawrence collapsed and died.

It took the police over a week to interview him over what he might have seen (he didn’t see anything, as it happens)

He and his family moved elsewhere a few weeks later, as the house understandably became a bit of a shrine.

RIP Stephen, may you get justice soon.
