Like all work which is beyond your skills or is too time consuming for you to do it yourself, you need to get the appropriate people onboard. As you are a manager, can you not delegate it to a junior to organise? I am sure your boss only expected you to organise this and not actually do it yourself! Delegation is one of the benefits of being a manager, so use it. Most local councils if not all have websites now and purely at random I have chosen Milton Keynes Council website as an example >>http://www.mkweb.co.uk/mkcouncil/
All this time taken dithering is only adding fuel to his claim that you are incompetent! (sorry to be so blunt) You could start by asking for a budget, or a brainstorming session, or form a committee, or delegate like I said before. You could ring up Milton Keynes Council and ask who did theirs, if you think it is suitable….just a few ideas. Remember that it’s tax payers money so spend wisely, otherwise you will have a thread dedicated to you in the Serious Subjects area.

I remember this first time round, i have read and watched programmes on it. It did all look quite fitting on the parents clues etc. Its only now DNA is going to be done. Both the little girls parents are dead after the went BANKRUPT after being accused of the murder of their own daughter. But i dont believe this freak who has been arrested is the one who commited the murder. His ex wife says they were in a different county?!?!?!
i didnt realise both parents were dead?
I believe the father – John Ramsey – is still alive Becky!

God is a figmant of our imaginations. A bit like an imaginary friend who we turn to in times of desperate need, when mortals in the real world can’t seem to help us any more.
Its comforting to know we can turn to our imaginary friend in times of woe but it doesn’t mean he exsists.I still havent seen anyone give an explantion why the Universe was created. There had to be a beginning. A spark. In that instance God is as good an explantion as any.
Have u ever heard of evolution?
Are you talking about that white knuckle ride at Alton Towers, or the process of natural selection? Either way it has nothing to do with the creation of the universe.
I have just heard that they are now debating whether Pluto is a planet or not. Just when you think you have got things right in your mind, they go and mess it up again. My head is spinning, am I a satellite?
