Kenty, please explain your reasoning for this statement.

    Racist or xenophobic?

    Neither.

It’s a simple philosophy I have: Don’t travel 20 miles to buy a box of eggs when there’s a shop on the corner that sells them.

In my opinion you should stop being so politically correct and get yourself a life.

So the only possible reason for disapproving of UKIP and believing they are racist is political correctness?

The Rotherham council obviously don’t approve of UKIP. Which means they probably don’t agree with freedom of speech either. Not wanting mass migration to Britain is not actually a crime and won’t be unless Rotherham council, panda or Kenty get to make the rules.

Man Utd v QPR today. I’m hoping so much that QPR (bottom of the table and with Harry Redknapp as their new manager) can get the three points today.

It’s Town Day, lots of hustle and bustle and high spirits and lots of smiles all round despite the weather…and for some reason people think I need feeding! So far the tally is a tray of homemade fruit flapjacks, some cupcakes, a coffee from Costa and best of all the freshly made doughnuts, still hot, and he remembered that I don’t like them sugared :D

Be daring, be different, be impractical, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose and imaginative vision against the play-it-safers, the creatures of the commonplace, the slaves of the ordinary.

Cos it’s supposed to be macho

I thought wearing a gold medallion, nestled amongst sprouting chest hair was meant to be macho. Or was that just the eighties?

I’m not getting involved in any serious discussions about politics. Sorry. What kind of popcorn is it?

So being sexist and homophobic is ok then?

They are racist so more fool you if you do vote for them.

*goes off whistling “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas”

    It’s a never-ending argument with you, isn’t it?

I just wonder if the couple had been members of the Labour Party, Lib Dems or Conservative Party whether they’d been treated any differently by this council?

And maybe, as Wordsworth has said, there is a bit more to this story than we actually know about.
