Nope simvastins are statins. My cholesterol level is heredatry, my diet is fine and I am a swimming coach so get loads of excercise, but, thanks for the advice! :D
Sorry anc..i didnt mean u i meant in general..i wasnt meaning to sound like i was preaching..just on a statin myself so i kinda know the exercise/diet thing is easier said than done lol.

I do believe in giving someone a second chance but i also believe if he has cheated or lied and you forgive him you are basically letting him know its ok for him to do it again.
