ive been thinking about what you wrote becky and i truly believe that my friend would have tried alternative methods of getting pregnant, if it had come to it id have had one for her, ( atleast i hope i would have). i know for a fact that her husband would never have agreed to the IVF if he had known the risk, and i doubt my friend would have either. whats the point of having children to then die on them and not see them grow up ?? isnt that pretty selfish ?? without wanting to sound cruel and unfair, isnt it wrong to want a baby for yourself, then to go and die and leave the child motherless ?? im aware that there are plenty of kids out there with only one parent, but i guarantee you that in 99% of the cases they wish they had two ! for whatever reasons people make their decisions concerning IVF, the idea of this thread to is raise awareness, to give a bit more information, the ones the doctors wont give. i have a great website for info if needed by anyone. and if you are trying for a baby out there….plz atleast look at newer treatments, there are hundreds out there, but the GMC wont tell you as it costs too much ..xxx

totally agree hun, i was under the impression that the boards were meant to be used as informative or fun threads….maybe we’ve both got it wrong and the whole idea of it is to abuse as many ppl as you can ??? :shock: :oops: :D

Awwwww chick i do feel for you and your friends family like you said they will pick up the pieces. I havent known anyone have IVF and i havent heard of the risks but even if they came to light some peoples need for a baby is probably worth the risk. I know of my friends aunty and uncle she was pregnant only just mind and she got cancer. They said abort the baby we will start treatment early and get rid of it its early stages. She concieved naturally. She said no way would she “kill” her baby she would wait. He was born healthy and his mother died 2 months later, some women will just risk anything for the desire need want yern for a baby. As for your friend not knowing then i really feel for her as she wont enjoy her kids grow up. My thoughts are with you x[/quotcheers becky.. that means a lot hun xxxx [-o<

i love the look on my daughters face when she opened her birthday pressies today and she d got the playboy watch she was mad for.., snuggling up with her on the sofa watching roswell, chatting bout her day. meeting up with old friends and laughing bout school days, (fecking long time ago that it was !! )finally, i love looking up at the sky on a clear summers day , we have a beautiful world xx :D :D

i was actually living with him at the time,and he would have only follwed me from room to room, ( cos hes a d1ck like that), as far as im concerned he deserved it. i dont like arguing and fighting, specially when my kids around, a fact that he was well aware of. what better way to be able to smile through his malice than to sit back and enjoy whilst he drank my wee !! besides that i hear the stuff is good for you, so i consider that i did him a favour :P :wink:

plus i have to mention tetley, if you agree that revenge is bad, why have you put lol to caths revenge ???? :wink:
