You would have to email Martin and ask catlady . It wouldn’t necessarily mean that your specific ip number had been banned , but that in trying to ban someone else, they could have put a block on a whole group of ip numbers from your internet provider . Have you checked with the site that your ip number range hasn’t been banned for some reason?

Is the problem just with internet explorer ? Have you tried mozilla firefox or google chrome ?
