Being veggie, obviously, a lot less fat intake etc – No fry ups.
You can hardly be fat when you’re not eating bacon soaked in lard innit.
Plus alcohol, I was drinking much less during the summer cos I dehydrate easy so when it’s hot I avoid alcohol – There’s about the same amount of calories in one pint as there is in a full Christmas dinner.
Was drinking on average 4-6 pints per day, that’s the same calories as 6 Christmas dinners everyday innit.
I’ve been pigging out loads lately on meaty stuff, and haven’t gained a lb.
As for lifestyle, bit of stress due to personal reasons, which can cause either weight loss or gain, in my case it could have helped with loss – So the stress was good in the long run.
But, ultimately, it was the vegetarianism I think. Ate nothing but quorn stuff, it’s all less than 5% fat etc etc
