There are some terminal cancers that are currently incurable, but the British are leading the world in cancer research.
I know of someone personally who was supposed to die of cancer and has survived with a combination of chemo & radiotherapy, not to mention will power – Mind over matter innit ;)
It’s not cured, but it has shrunk as to stop it spreading and to be much less of a danger.
