It’s took me some doing, I lost the weight I needed to, I can now fit in my ball gown 8)
I still look at myself now and think Oooerrr, I eat what I want now but go swimming 3 times a week 64 lengths which is a mile is all I do on each visit, keep going Mary, I think you’ve done really well 8)
