very true slayer, very true (as fred elliot would say lol)!!
i dont bite a lot, never had the need too, im pretty liberal minded (can say that whilst tommy’s gone awol lol!!)
but i enjoy debate, jostling and discussion, but dont like insults, specially personal ones!!
most sweatys i know are more than happy if it is said in jest amongst friends in company… you know what i mean, probably the same as scousers etc, BUT, when said out of that context it is a serious insult, and is taken as such.
sorry if i came across as an angry gooner….. the sooner the footie season starts the better for me!! thats the place to vent my anger!!
(see how much i support england by looking in my photobucket…. my parents disowned me when they saw that shirt lol!!) :) :)
2 August, 2006 at 9:56 pm #233149loyal is a good word lambrini girl, what i take offence to is emma slaggin off sweaty socks when i actually am loyal to england but still have a proudness of being scottish ie: my heritage.
at least i know my heritage!!! which there are many many in this country who dont!
comments like hers make me bite, sadly, but i must speak out when provoked by such blinkered, unresearched, sad slants are made
(edit typos  )

There are no greater people than the English. Most try, all fail.

ive been in england for 30 years since i was 3. its my home and i support the royals, support my national team, and contribute to society.
your hatred towards me is discusting and dont say it wasnt personal, being called a sweaty sock by anybody in anyway is personal….. and you dont even know me!! :?
