I’m not sure why it was removed but there was no humour intended. That was my exercise regime which I have implemented for years and hopefully others can follow in my footsteps with weight loss muscle building etc. I was bullied at school for being geeky looking etc so started an intense programme of training and very much doubt whether anyone would dare these days. If anyone is interested , I will repost my workout programme to encourage those who may feel overawed with it as its hard getting started.

Mags reminds me of a character who was on here years and years ago called the professor.. LOL.. you knew fine his made up threads about inventing the ultimate after shave, that made women faint. and other inventions of his, that would have me howl with laughter and look out his latest postings.. They were always cleverly done, using the correct medical terminology etc. Even though you knew he was on a wind up. he never failed.

Nah I am that forgetful.. I get my pills delivered fae boots once a week.. My Big nails are handy for cracking the shell of the daily rattlers :) I wis a bugger for leaving pills oot.. so I grab a mouthful with a morning cuppie noo. codeine and the iron peel , mak me fair boak, cos they are wee.. get stuck in meh thrapple , onytime hen . xx
