I cant see why they could’nt just delete the offending stuff, instead of the whole thread..and whatever happened to moving stuff to spit the dummy when something kicks off??
They seem to be cracking down on squabbles on here for some reason :roll: at this rate there will be fook all left to read
To be honest there was nowt on there merited the thread being deleted. Theyre deleting threads and posts with swearing in, but i cant remember anyone swearing and even if it was in one post surely deleting that post would have done :?

They were chucking out old computers at work just over 3 years ago and the boss said I could have one. I was in the right place at the right time and got the best one. It was the Easter holidays and I spent a week learning how to turn it on and clicked around to see what all the fuss was about. As I hadnt had to pay for it I guess I wasnt as nervous as I might have been about breaking it.
I then decided I wanted the internet, ordered it, set it up and hyperventilated when I could start sending friends emails. So many pretty colours, so many things to look at!
My Niece came to stay one night and I asked her to show me a Chat room as I was curious, I insisted it mustnt be a dating site and we hit upon JC. I started going in for short periods at a time as I couldnt understand all the abbrevations and what the hell they were on about. I soon got to enjoy it but was so green I was yellow, however, I enjoyed the banter and found myself looking forward to having a laugh. I cant deny there have been some highs and lows but I treat them like a journey of discovery.
Ive got different types of friendships on here and they all matter to me. Ive got different type of friendships out of here too and they matter to me just as much.
I enjoy being part of this community however diverse it may get at times. Im glad I found it and Im glad Im here.

Yes I did try to wimp out last night cause I was a bit stressed about me assembly and was suffering from lack of sleep and the thought of writing a prayer (cause I dont do religion)) thanking the good Lord for all the likkle furry pets wot children like to poke and squeeze till they squeal.
However, I saw the light after being violantly threatened by Pats and Chess (and yes I did notice all you others as well)!
Cath, I know it was a lot of pressure for you, but honest hun we put our trust in you cause we knew you would come through for us which you did with flying colours!
Rubes, you made us giggle like hell, which is what this quiz should be all about. There’s always gonna be someone who thinks they can do better and even though you are on the opposing team I sincerely hope you will do it again!
Not that you want to know but my assembly was blooming great and I was well made up when a 4 year old kid put his hand in mine and said “Wow Mrs Rosepetal I want to hold your hand cause I love you and that tortoise was alive”!!!
Was a great night again!!! Well done to cath for stepping in to do the shouts (I could hear her from 15 miles away)!
Ruby made me nearly wet myself I was laughing so much, so hope they let you do it again Rubes!!
