Personally, I hate the idea of caged birds. Its not natural to keep a creature who yearns to fly locked behind bars with nothing for company but a plastic version of itself and a mirror. It makes me feel very sad when I see a bird imprisoned for life, when they should be free to fly where ever they please.

If “people can post whatever they want” why do you have such a problem with Jons thread? What right did you have to rip into him for daring to have an opinion that differed to yours? and to ruin his baby free thread with pictures of your sprogs? How would you feel if he defaced your one of your threads with comments and pictures you didnt like? This place stinks of double standards.

Jon has got fook all to apologise for. Like I said last night, he made a suggestion, in the suggestion forum of all places, weird huh? but it seems that some people couldnt grasp the concept of this, and all hell broke loose. He was attacked from all angles for having an opinion. Sian was downright abusive and rude for no apparant reason whatsoever, which led the way for everyone else to have a pop at him. Jon was perfectly within his rights to say what he did, and if you dont like what he said, how about you take your own advice people, and dont fooking read it!
