mines just stock-ish for now – Turbo Charged as standard, running 1.2 bar, it’s only a 2.0i 16V twin cam 4 pot.
several grand to get to 600bhp, would need a rev 3 version of my engine – bigger turbo, injectors, rods, pistons, crank etc etc.
The black car is just a road car and ive finsished with subtle mods, no chav bling thank you sir, i respect the stock for the road. but the red one on my drive – i’m aiming for 450 BHP + 100hp of nitrous – with the 2nd rev Carlos Sainz Rally spec engine and gearbox i have sitting on a pallet. Stripped and lightened body of course – to be an all rounder, drag, track and hill sprints. :D
I reckon it will be good for 11 + seconds and would beat a 9 second car cross country any day. but hey, i’d love a pure straight liner running meth, your bruv gets a large thumbs up from me – great straight liner..
Did you meet the middle aged fella with the silver mk2 scirrocco, 1.8 block with 2.0 head – running quad tb’s – 11 second car – susposedly the fastest stock n/a vw in the uk, all on a shoestring..
