Bat .. I am sure there are many who are glad he is dead, something which I can understand if they have been bereaved.
However, celebrating his death only gives his supporters more reasons to continue and is a typical example of actions which perpetuate hatred and acts of terrorism. 2 wrongs do not make a right.
If someone feels happy that he has been killed, there is no need for or useful purpose in public celebration.
As Lucy said …. many have lost parents, children, brothers, sisters, friends through war and acts terrorism in all parts of the world – those who we agree with and those we oppose.

I agree that the partying in the US is distasteful … and provocative.
I can’t imagine that there will be no retaliation – the celebrations just make it more likely and potentially more devastating.

Their remains should be treated with some respect and in line with their cultural and/or religious beliefs. If everyone showed respect for others beliefs, the world would be a much more peaceful place!sniff …… gutted not to be mentioned by thin ice ….. I am still a “nobody” in the room … sniff!
Try the RSPCA website ….. I got my lovely kitties from there and they are just fab (apart from when one trumps like Satan) :oops:
