ahem … cats DO clean their bottoms ….. they are constantly washing themsleves!!!
… probably cleaner than many humans, who also go for a wee and don’t wash their hands!!!

Both my cats are allowed on the beds :D
Marmite sleeps on “her” bed and Treacle sleeps on mine ….. usually in the middle …. spread out …. leaving me squashed on the end!
Or else she lies on top of me, kneading and purring :D

Apart from the fact that I like having them there …… it’s easier than putting up with the miaowing and scratching at the door!
