So gaz where is eddie now? whats happened to the little fella?
I love cats gaz… have been heartbroken recently had to have my 21 year old cat put to sleep, broke my heart.

It is interesting though to ask some chatters why they chose particular names. For instance f_politics. I’ve always wondered Pollers why you chose that name, needless to say there doesn’t have to be a reason, It was just an example that came into my head reading the thread. It gives me an image of a highly intelligent lady whos into politics. :lol:
My name used to be Kent_f followed by my age at the time. One day we were having fun in the chat room (in the good old days ..yes it used to be quite a common thing), after the queen made her new years honours list a couple of years ago, I remember joking I wasn’t mentioned yet again :lol: and somone suggested I put an OBE after my name….so I did. And I’ve used it ever since.
It’s funny when I get asked by newbies what I got it for, and when I jokingly reply how it was bestowed to me by Queenebayregina….it just takes a few seconds for the penny to drop. :lol:
Interesting take you had there Mrs T by the way. Did you kind of mean that once you saw that lady in the flesh, you thought or knew you were better than her and it gave you a confidence to be better than her ?Not better Kent… but not intimidated either Backgammon is a game of strategy so I suppose yes it changed the dynamics between us. It was just an observation I thought other people might have an opinion on. BTW I thought you really did have an OBE… gutted now :roll:
