Emma you’re the one who needs to watch what they type. Inciting racial hatred is your favourite hobby along with promoting the activities of right-wing extremists. If it were up to me, I would have silenced you and your filthy, verminous, nazi bretheren a long time ago. You don’t care about what’s good for this country, all you care about is your disgusting extremist agenda. People like you want to cause unrest in this country just so you can see your bigoted plans realised. People like you were hoping for a backlash against innocent muslims in the wake of the terror threats, as it would suit your ends. As long as there are right-minded people in this country, we will continue to give you and your subversive, hate-ridden ideology the two-fingered salute. So stick that in your crack-pipe and smoke it.

Foreigners coming over to the British Isles has only been happening since the Bronze Age, so if you want to prevent cultural diversity you’re a few millennia too late. British people have for a long time been a mixture of different European ethnicities. You only need to take a look at the English language to see that it’s a mixture of ethnic influences.

The ebb and flow of people to and from Britain has always been a part of this country’s history and tradition. Britain was even ruled by a North African in the Roman era, in fact I think all rulers of Britain have been of foreign ancestry, so I find the xenophobia displayed by some in our society rather stupid.

Besides that, I rather like the influx of Polish totty, so you’ll get no complaints from me.

Can’t we ship Emma off to Poland too? They would just love her nazi rhetoric over there. Failing that, let’s have a whip-round to see if we can get her lobotomized, preferably by an immigrant surgeon.

Well that’s what one passenger claimed happened. I don’t know how much faith we should place in those version of events. I just think the passengers were being small-minded. I would have just wanted the plane to leave on time, I wouldn’t have wanted to throw people off the plane without any good reason.

What about all those Eastern European immigrants who came and then left? Not all the Polish immigrants stayed, some decided to return home.

“WE” need to be careful? Don’t you mean “YOU”?

CNN reports on the Hajj quite often, so I don’t think it’s true that non-muslims are not allowed in those places.

Going back to the monacrh airlines story, the passengers were in the wrong. Imagine if during the IRA bombing campaign people had asked for Irish people to be thrown out of public venues such as pubs and restaurants or from public transport.

If I was the pilot, and people said they refused to fly with the 2 men, I would have just flown to my destination with whoever wanted to fly. If some passengers didn’t want to fly then that would have been their problem and they would have had to make their own way home. Monarch airlines shouldn’t have pandered to ignorance, you can’t throw someone off a plane just because they look like an arab or speak arabic. I hope the 2 men sue the airline because obviously they were discriminated against based on their race which is unjustifiable.

It ties in with the idea of racial-profiling which some people are calling for. Most people with common sense realize that it won’t work because all the terrorists need to do is get someone who doesn’t match the profile. So judging someone on no other basis but their race is a flawed strategy.

Mary Fitzpatrick, who is mixed race, said the corporation should use correspondents from the same ethnic background as those in the country from which they are reporting.

‘I would prefer to see somebody who understands that culture, understands what’s going on and can say: “Look with me, because I am part of this.”‘

In her first interview in the newlycreated role of editorial executive of diversity, Miss Fitzpatrick, who is in her forties and was poached from Channel 4, said: ‘I think what’s really important is that BBC News reflects the audience that it’s serving. You need valid and culturally accurate voices speaking.’

Can you IMAGINE a white person saying only white people should report in areas where whites are prodomanent….AND getting paid £90,000 a year whilst doing so.

Isn’t that what she’s saying? Isn’t she saying that she would like to see more people of the same ethnicity as the places they are reporting from? What she’s saying is not that controversial. Take a look at CNN International where you frequently see reporters of African origin reporting on African issues, reporters of Arab origin reporting on arab issues, reporters of latino origin reporting on South American issues, Italian reporters reporting on mediterranean and adriatic issues, etc. They’re not the only ones who report on those issues but I don’t think anyone is advocating that there should only be reporters whose ethnicity matches the story they are reporting on. I think what’s being suggested is more reporters with a cultural connection to the places they are reporting from.

Thatcher is an awful woman, I have no time for her at all. As for your description of a loud cleric determined to be heard above everyone else, that sounds a lot like Ian Paisley.
