Well I’m having 10 anyway nerrrrr….
Rare Steak Au Poivre, sauce made in pan no packet or jar shit
home made cauliflower cheese ( not sloppy )
Labcashire hotpot made with lamb , slow cooked with the potatoes crispy on top served with pickled red cabbage
Chinese crispy duck pancakes
Chinese’s ribs salt and chilli variety
home made chilli ( hot ) like only I make it with rice
Garlic Mushrooms, in the oven filled with gruyur cheese topped with crispy breadcrumbs
Carbonara , not too sloppy, plenty of parmasan
a rare beef roast dinner homemade with roasties, roast parsnips , carrot and Swede ( chopped not mashed) cauliflower, peas, home made Yorkshire pudds and home made gravy ( no bisto or packet gravy )
lemon meringue pie and cream

Not over keen myself tho I had a dip much lighter than mayo with a hint of garlic and heat of chilli Now that was delish but on their own is just as good.

Sorry sara I meant fresh as in not frozen, although yes fresh is always good too lolol
frozen calamari is like chewing rubber bands ! Fresh tossed very lightly in a little flour with salt and pepper then shallow fried quickly for 2-3 minutes and eaten straight away with a garlic/ mayo dip mmmmmmm. Drooling !!! 🦑 🍽 !!! Yummy !!!
