I will be honest, although I don’t want anyone to leave. I am finding it better in the room. I don’t have so much nasty spiteful remarks spat at me. I like jc and I wont leave. I don’t see why I should.

I dunno there’s a lot of good banter in the chat room. Its certainly not all biatchn and fightin. Sure you’ve got to stand up for yourself sometimes, most of the time its a laugh.

Host LD shouldn’t be interfering in the way she is. I’m not saying she’s justified or not, accurate or not.

When cosy rags her, I think it’s fine for her to weigh in in a similar vein.

But interfering as she’s doing on this thread is a bit different.

If she wants to throw her weight around as a non-host that’s fair enough. But it’s a bit threatening when she starts using the powers granted to her in this way.

Just saying, at the risk of being thrown out, possibly. A chat host needs to keep shtum here.

Fair duos nette,I get that and that’s why I wont change my name. I’m me like me or not. Trying to get buy the best way I can. I will not let some jumped up armature psychologist who I do admit at first I listened to and who had convinced me they knew what they were talking about meddle with my head. When you think about it no psychologist is going to come in a chat room boast about there achievements, befriend people, then ridicule that person for there problems. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. What for? To gain others friend ship and acceptance to further there own cause. Knowing that person had to leave the last chat room she was a guide in, she thought she had nothing better to do than come in jc and take over. appears that just my name being on here or in chat is now considered goading. even though i dont speak to said person, or allude anything toward said person. there is nothing i can do about that if in said persons head she sees people speaking to me in chat she considers my only thought is said person, that is said persons imagination and not fact surely?

does it mean that only said person is an “alcy” ( a word i have never used in chat) or is it because i am tea-total for the most part and only imbibe on rare special occasions? and there is in fact a type of jealousy that i can handle myself? without the need to keep calling others horrible names like who re and the like?
On reading this knowing you are referring to me, or is it my imagination? What ever the case may be or who ever your referring to. Just in case it is me though. No im not jealous of you, in fact I feel rather sorry for you. Looking at things in a different way, I can see that perhaps your illness is far worse than my own. The grandiosity, the boasting, the paranoia that people are sitting in a chat room waiting to pounce as soon as your name comes in the room,. The Self important attitude. I dunno perhaps you yourself need help.

But becoming a “victim” of abuse in 3 chatrooms (for example Chatterbox, UKChatters, and JustChat) must make any reasonable person take a very good look at how they conduct themselves in chat …

I know what your saying mechanic, for me getting drunk and ranting in retaliation to abuse is a stupid thing to do. I can only try change that. Believe it or not I have been trying to do that. Old habits die hard.
