Surely you are not suggesting the initial poster is an Internet troll?
24 July, 2007 at 3:54 pm #278513What bothers me about “unrestricted on demand abortions” is that it would be used, by some, as a method of birth control i.e repeat abortions. Causing a burden on the health system.
Although, having said that I believe if the fetus is incapable of surviving outside the body of a woman it is a potential human being, therefore it has no rights. The woman as a human being has rights and it is up to her to decide what lives inside her body.

I don’t know why the lead paint was used big fecker or why it hasn’t been banned, but at a guess, I would say it was cheaper, the same reason the product was purchased from China in the first place.
Makes you wonder how many people inside China are getting sick or dying!

A couple whose teenage daughter had her feet severed on a Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom ride sued the park on Thursday, saying it was negligent in maintaining and operating the ride.
The lawsuit, which also alleges negligence in inspecting and testing the ride, asks for a temporary injunction to prevent the park from altering or destroying the ride and a cable that investigators believe cut off the girl’s feet.
Randall and Monique Lasitter, of Louisville, filed the lawsuit on behalf of 13-year-old Kaitlyn Lasitter, who remained hospitalized Thursday in good condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., The Courier-Journal reported.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages. It claims that Kaitlyn has suffered permanent injury and severe emotional pain and that her ability to earn money has been impaired.
Doctors at Vanderbilt reattached Kaitlyn’s right foot after the June 21 accident but couldn’t save the left.
Carolyn McLean, a spokeswoman for the theme park, declined comment Thursday night and said she hadn’t seen the lawsuit. The Lasitters said through a Vanderbilt spokesman that they had no comment.

Although, I do believe and always have that it is common sense to conserve and recycle, for a variety of reasons and not just because Al says so.
For politicians and celebrities that tell us to do as they say and not as they do this is already backfiring and taking away any credibility they had. They can preach but they can’t hide all of their huge carbon footprints. Maybe this is the sequel to ” An Inconvenient Truth”. :D
