my brother is a royal marine commando and is being deployed at the end of next month and after reading and hearing about all the deaths and injuries i’m sh*t scared i’m going to lose him out there.

having such a sore back even a 2hour walk makes me feel like a cripple and it tires me out :? used to be able to do 4hours in a gym a day ffs and now i can’t even walk far!!
