also I did a one in punch on ted actually not a karate chop jesus get your facts right why aye man, someone told me one day I look like some person called one punch man on a anime movie, also the image | looks like me before and after my hair cut as I had my hair cut again a few Friday 2 top 0 sides back and a bit of me massive eyebrows, I also got pissed off as I orderd another takeaway… exp to, and he was late as the idiot did put delived at the take away place, when it was not and when I got it the saled was missing an the bun was burnt and it was not the best takeway dinner.

JESUS I AM DEAF NOW LISTENING TO THAT! god I feel grumpy today, I cud not sleep untill 3am I woke up about 830am, I needed to get up at 7am as I am going to fuk off to this support company (not just justsupport.co.uk) but the one I am in, the manager has chosen one of the less anxious people, so I will have to see what the other clients and staff are like…. also a place to complain and improve things, altho I dont think I want to im prove things with the company as I plan to leave and give a negitive review about it,anyway what is this thread oh yer training yes I have said this before I use to be fit I went to the gym everyday for a year+ also NINE DONT GET THAT £200 RUNNING MACHINE just to walk 15 to 20 u dont need it and dont have sup  and slimfast products to lose wight, just dont have them take aways and just walk more daily fast.

god who was coughing on that voice thing, that was so annoying I really wanted to throw my computer then!, it reminds me of the time when I went to a therepy and some female was clearing there phlegm out and coughing phlem noise grrr, and all I was thinking god I want to throw her out the fuking window, also another time in the post office (the suppose post office anth said I ran from, well I did not see a bald little alc who smells of shit, so that must be his paranoia being triggerd) anyway, this person had that same type of thing and I wanted to pick her up and post her thr the fuking post bit at the post office, was that a irish person on that voice thing to? also I thought…. underdawg was female…. I tell u what jc has many surprises…  tbf to me there was obv a irish… male and some female coughing.
