Hmm actually ‘libel’ or defamation as its proper term is a hard thing to prove.

(Libel being written and Slander spoken defamation)

You would need substantial evidence to back up the claim that the words spoken or written, either have or will do serious harm to the recipients reputation. Since all of these people have been previously banned for just such behaviour and worse it would fall into a murky area. Very unlikely to be pushed through.

Granted Linda has stepped into that grey area by naming people without clause and evidence. The only get out for her would be under section 912-84 (1984). Where as she could claim to be a ‘Qualified person/s’ brining known previous acts to peoples attention in the interests of  public safety. Again also a murky area.
