2. home-made of course! it’s not exactly difficult…..
3. we usually start off with a brown sugar and lime, then a maple syrup, and finish off with a grand marnier and brown sugar….would like to do a savoury one but somehow for me pancakes are always sweet
and finally – I make the mix and other half cooks them, he says it’s a man-thing, a bit like doing the barbeque….and he does a funny kind of hybrid flip/toss (wonders if there’s some kind of psychological study on tossers vs flippers… :shock: )
