As for the boards – steps have been taken recently to make them more enjoyable for users … there will always be people who don’t get along, have different opinions and approaches, how you respond can make a huge difference to the outcome! At a point, I would argue my case … now I just let it go. It doesn’t mean I cant express an opinion … it means I refuse to get dragged into an argument. Its nice to have had some threads that have stayed on topic and not escalated into a war zone!

Bullies … yes there are some but on the whole – both here and in the room I think the majority of people are decent and just want to enjoy the site. You can give or take as much as YOU choose from it.

Mine was inadvertently squirting water in the deputy head’s face during an end of term water fight. A good attempt at trying to fit in with the crowd and post an innocuous thread that all can join in with. Unfortunately your association with those considered to be very disturbed may not have the desired effect you would have wished.
