It’s very true but we also can’t be happy without being healthy!
Healthy doesn’t have to mean thin or skinny, but if we are clinically obese, it can certainly have a negative impact on our quality of life.
Being too overweight or too skinny are equally unfortunate imho.

I think her personal choice was selfish and inconsiderate though.
She chose to grow apart from her partner while he blissfully would have grown old with her. :(
