I’m not sure theres anything that can be done about it short of stopping and searching every teenager on the streets which obviously isnt practical.
Why does it only seem to be such a problem here in the UK though?…..to the best of my knowledge it isnt a problem in other european countries.
Is it the fault of the parents for not teaching/instilling discipline and respect for others into their children?

Maybe compulsory conscription would help.
In Germany they still have to do 9 months military service, and they dont appear to have half the problems with their teens as we do……just a thought, I dont pretend to be an authority.
