    sarah you are absolutely right!!
parking is ridiculous, you can get about half dozen cars in! no loos, cafe or even somewhere to sit!
mind you last time i took the kids there was noone else there, it was january and it was freezing!

    yes i was a mistake.
my mam was 16 my dad 17 and all loved up
they were ‘made’ to get married but lasted 27 years so not to bad.
i wasnt bothered that i was mistake as i have always felt loved, however it was pretty clear throughout my childhood that my mam was way to young when she had me.

its a great site when you’ve been away from the north east and you see it on your way home, just like the tyne bridge.

met the love of my life when i was 18 in a pub. i had just moved into my own flat with my then best mate and we were in the local pub every night, and day when not at work
this bloke asked me to dance to the juke box! i told my best mate to tell the old man to fook off!!! he persisted mind and a few weeks later we ended up sitting with him and his mate. i was in hysterics, he was hilarious. he asked me to walk him home, so i did! fell in love with him then and there. we had 6 months of laughs, tears and loads of booze
it got complicated when i told him i loved him, he was 32 and thought i was to young (he used to sing that stupid song, you know the one, young girl get out of my life..) he’d just got divorced and it was only supposed to be fun.
i got pregnant he couldnt handle it and it ended.
    god i miss him :(
still see him now coz our daughter is just getting to know him now and its hard but we’ve both moved on now
