socket breaks………………. they give you a new one
window frame breaks…….. they fix it or give you a new one
see it’s not all bad having a rented home and at the end of the day…..Home is Home.
The need for housing is increasing, it is a strain on almost all councils since the decline in building public housing. The need is there so faced with buying a property or having no property is a choice many people are confronted with. Notice the huge increase in rental property and the cost to house a family in temporary private accomodation while they await public housing allocation, which you might be aware takes years in some areas.
