I now eat loads of fruit and veg and feel a hell of a lot better for it, but i wont be pushing for the ideal weight for my height that they try to tell you is “your perfect weight” because ive been there and i look bloody awful and gaunt faced. Curves rule im keeping my womanly shape. :wink:

Yeah I was having 3 take outs a week and was starting to feel ill off it, I was always bloated. So im trying to eat more fruit, cut out the fried food etc. I’m curvy and want to stay that way, I’d never want to be skinny and I’d probably get wrong off my bf if I was!
