    I’m trying to catchup from a weeks worth of not being on here much as I’ve ben fussing around like a headless rooster and away for a long weekend.

    Basicly, it’s a drama series about a huge family living in rural USA during the Great Depression/early World War2.

    It’s a very community based area (think Emmerdale but without the sex).
    The family was made up of Ma & Pa, Grandma and Grandpa and 7 kids. The most famous was John-Boy (this series coined the phrase “G’Night John-boy” )

    It’s not a bad series, but looks really dated.

    THIS (clicky) Is what The Waltons was famous for… the goodnight scene.
