LD… get some of the ‘flower’ nozzles – come in sets (usually 12/15) and each one does a different flower/grass etc … one squeeze, no faffing and twisting … look pretty and are idiot proof!!!!
I got some two weeks ago Boo! Dear god I tried and tried but failed miserably with them.
Seems you to have to the consistency of the icing just right and even though I got better after three or four times and even though the flowers looked ok they dropped after a while!
Another idea is to look on amazon and see which treat boxes are selling the most in your specific market.

Thank you puds. This weekend I really wanted to do a Tapas box but found it a bit restrictive. So broadened it to a Mediterranean one with Patatas Bravas, Tabbouleh, Manchego cheese and caramalized onion puff pastry squares, Tzatziki, hummus, Mozzarella layered with basil and tomatoes, Tortilla with chorizo or cheese for vege’s. Two pitta bread and my son called me a heathen for not making the pitta! Everything else is homemade though.
I’m crapping myself now because the local tea room has sold out of delivery for afternoon teas for Mothers day and I need to come up with something quick but my piping skills for cup cakes is shit !
It’s going to be a very busy week! I always practise a box and take photo’s which costs money but my next door neighbours are willing guinea pigs ! lol

Don’t think there is such a thing as an English one! Fortnum and Mason’s invented the Scotch egg many years ago! It was designed for posh people going on picnics.

I have sent these types of baskets as presents in the past and it is difficult to guess what the other person might like in regards pickles etc because the Interflora one for instance do set baskets
Do baskets where you can chose out of lists….list of pickles…list of cakes….

My new business is supplying treat boxes. Lock down has been kind to bakers and food suppliers that deliver.
Once restrictions are lifted and everyone will be clamouring to book holidays or arrange picnics with friends what would be your preferred type of food be in a picnic box?

who are you kidding trying to make us think you are sticking up for jc justice? Where were u when abuse was happening on a daily basis in the room against loads of chatters? Why weren’t you brave enough to fight for jc justice then? Why weren’t you brave enough to confront the scum and their vile words and accusations?
Let me explain this to you, for probably the 8th time.
The precedence has now been set that mass bannings will be issued in response to abusive messages.
This should mean that everyone that posts abuse should be banned without warning, but this isn’t what happened. Some people can post as much abuse as they want an nothing will ever happen to them.
We want to know why certain people are protected by the guides, and that either:
- All people who post abusive messages are banned
- People that were previously banned for abuse are unbanned
Either option is acceptable, as they are consistant enforcement of the rules.
Tell me what part of this you do not understand, please be specific.
There were no mass banning’s as such. Numbers are simply not allowed to enter anymore which is a great thing.
No one can post as much abuse as they like, if your referring to the boards they get removed eventually.
No chatter is protected by any guide. That’s a myth. If they step over the mark they will be banned in the Chat room if a Guide or Host is in and sees it.
No Guide or Host has any power over the boards. If they see abuse in the rooms they will act accordingly.
JC is much nicer now numbers are not allowed in to abuse and people can actually chat.The boards are very busy now which is great too even if most of us can’t be bothered to read a lot of the tripe that’s posted. It still makes for a diverse and interesting community to chat in, whichever way you look at it, it’s much nicer now.

I do have sympathy Bella.
I have been called a voyeur on these very boards within the last week by LD- unsubstantiated, unnecessary and unprovoked.
Several others have also been the target of her wrath, again seemingly unprovoked.
I really think we need clarification from the powers that be about when abuse is OK and when it is not.
We have lost a large number of decent chatters here recently, supposedly as unfortunate collateral damage to stop abuse. Yet the person responsible for pushing the policy through seems to be wildly abusing people on these very boards.
It seems to be that you are a valid target of abuse if you disagree with LD.
I am sure I am looking at this far too simplistically and that there is an innocent and logical explanation.
It does however need clarification, don’t you think LD?
I’ll clarify once I’ve stopped laughing.

I was going to keep out of it regarding a certain member of staff but I will NOT have a member of staff SLANDER me on these boards. I have NEVER used racial abuse EVER and you know it, do you really think i am that thick to leave evidence behind even if I did think that way ( which I do not of course ) this is all a pitiful excuse for LD justifying her actions towards me.
Now let me tell you my story.
Once upon a time I got on ok with LD and NS until one day NS came into the room asking me if I had seen LD to which I replied ” yes, she was in not long ago licking amps arse “. ( now I was laughing when I said it and it wasn’t said nastily and was said in an open room not slyly in pm ) my reasons for saying this were because for over a decade LD had accused amp of being an abuser and a hidey blah blah blah and was never really nice to her. so tbh I was a bit shocked at what I had read.
From that moment all hell broke loose.
For a few days after I had chatter after chatter telling me when LD is back from her holiday I am banned so I stayed in a number for awhile to protect my Tracy account. when LD finally caught up with me when I was in as a number it was just WOW just WOW , I was met with such vitriol I was quite honestly stunned. LD abused my kids and I with such venom. I was that shocked to the core I didn’t even really say much back. She also then started attacking another chatters children. Next thing BOOM I’m banned in that number. I still have the messages sent from other chatters saying ” they couldn’t believe what they had just seen. Now you can say these messages are fake but the chatters reading this know who they are. Anyway from that moment on Ld started her PERSONAL VENDETTA against me. I even caught her abusing me as 713 laughing that i was booted earlier, now I purposely told nobody that I was banned so either the person that banned me was abusing me or the staff go around gossiping in pm telling others who they have banned.
I then started using this account. Never really chatted in the room in it although lots knew it was me. Next thing BOOM it was banned. It didn’t really matter though as it was a free one FISHYSTINK gave me. So then I contacted another member of staff asking ” if I paid for another account would it be automictically banned ” I was told ” no” unless it was abusive. LD has also stated this several times herself in the room but I was just double checking. So then I paid for the Hermaphrodite account and again only used it for pm, but anyway I’m so shyte at this fake hiding game I forgot and spoke to Dia in f3 LOL only 3/4 words but enough to know it was me, then I didn’t deny it. The account was never used outside of pm again. low and behold a few days later while I was in pm BOOM the account was banned. Now I am not happy about this account being banned and have the payment under investigation with my bank and trading standards.
Now LD you do not know who Ian is LOL it says several times in my post who it is, you know Ian aka Tree3 who I had an affair with for nearly 3 years but you are trying to play the game aren’t you! we both know he would be banned if it was anybody else but me telling you but you love the spammers don’t you. I mean look at yours and fishystinks relationship even knowing he started all the spamming off and put a code on patschat.
Isn’t it funny how you know I am the racist abuser but do not know who threatens to rape my kids or go to their school and smash their heads in with a hammer etc. You haven’t a clue so STOP SLANDERING ME.
I might be a lot of things but for a member of staff who supposedly works in a private school ….. I will say no more.
Questions for you LD
Do you intend to rule the boards too?
Do you intend to have us all banned from the boards too?
One last thing ANYONE of you are welcome to go to the police for anything you think i have done during my 20 year JC career. Remember EVERYTHING is LOGGED look forward to hearing from the police or your solicitor .
