Yes you were right … I just had to bite didn’t I? Wouldn’t it be nice to fine chatroom users …. but totally impracticable, as I suspect you already knew. Imagine using a free facility but being fined if you break the rules.
Also. I find it slightly difficult to make the comparison between somebody breaking the criminal law (by speeding) and a silly little testosterone laden chappie getting all mouthy in a chatroom …… or a gum chewing ‘woteva’ swinging her Burberry handbag around for that matter.
PB Speeding is not a Criminal Offence. It comes under The Road Traffic Act and is a Road Traffic Offence.
I looked after someone for 10 years after they went blind. It was heartbreaking to see someone who led such an active life become so dependable on other people.
I am now a qualified sight support officer for the blind and work as a volunteer at the local hospital eye clinic.@pete wrote:

Yes, possibly alot of women take sugar in tea, it was just a figure of speech.
And it would apapear that the majority of men I know take sugar in tea :?
