Under a socialist bannner, priorities need to be to : pour money into an N.H.S which isn’t only on its knees but crawling on the floor dying; increase pensions for the elderly and stop the annual cull of those who can’t afford to feed and heat themselves; halt immigration forthwith to re-examine the socio-economical implications i.e. small island with not enough resources to go around..buggerall to do with skin colour..don’t care if you’re black, white or puce…but as for repatriation as suggested by Emmalush in an earlier rant..how repugnant..I can hear you polishing up your jackboots right now.oh aye…and I’ve seen Harpo as well!!!!
The tragedy of this debate, is that the climate of fear promoted by recent terrorist incidents and by the immigration debacle, has played so neatly into BNP hands. How long before nationalism becomes pugilistic jack-booting on a grander scale?
We have an ineffectual right-of-middle government with an equally ineffectual opposition waiting in the wings, all spawned by years of despair and destruction under a right-of-right Tory government which ripped apart the working classes and murdered the unions. We need a powerful swing to the left, to proper Socialism where rights are determined neither by creed nor by colour.
The issue of finger-printing is really no more than a distraction. It’s ironic that our freedoms should be so curtailed by a middle englander government [and not by bogey reds-under-the-bed,] and even more ironic it should send an hystrionic populace sheering towards a totalitarian right as exemplified by the BNP.
The balance needs to be redressed, we need to Keep The Red Flag Flying.
