By the way Bendtner is a brilliant footballer – I have seen him play twice – “live” – yes thats at an actual match Robbo – and he has a great presence – great touch – and a lot of skill
But there again he’s playing first team football – Rossi can’t get a game – if you look at some of the shyte Newcastle put in the team before him – it makes me wonder whether you have any sort of clue at all Robbo !!!28 November, 2006 at 1:16 pm #247059@sharongooner wrote:
oooooooooooo you boys at it again
He’s a feckin numpty Shaz – he wouldn’t know a football if it hit him in the bollox – if he’s got any that is
Rossi is well known in RESERVE football – says it all doesnt it – he cant even get a game for Newcastle and they are crap at the bottom of the league
Arsenal stuffed Man U this season – played them off the park – Man U were chasing shadows for 90 minutes Arsenal are far and away the best footballing team in EnglandMan U are playing well so far – but look at the “bench” O’Shea , Fletcher – mediocre players
Robbo – you never answered – have you EVER been to a live match in your life – or do you just sit playing with your X_Box ???

What made me smile today…… watching Celtic stuff Man Utd 1-0 in the Champions League.
Were you watching the same game as I was? We bossed that game, and how we lost, i’ll never know!
The free kick should have never been given in the first place as Vidic didn’t touch him, as replays showed by the way…I ain’t biased as we shouldn’t have had the penalty. But how we lost, i’ll seriously never know.
You lost because they scored a goal and you didn’t robbo – it’s simple really – even you should be able to understand that !!!!
In a match you get loads of decisions which are debatable – over a season they probably level out – you have to take the good with the bad
Celtic’s support is phenomonal – I wish some of the English fans gave their clubs the same noise level of supportWhy do you need to buy new players Robbo – you have – according to you – “world class – awesome player – Rossi – on loan at Newcastle
He’s better than Walcott and Fabregas – isn’t he ????????????????Of course he is – that’s why he’s out on loan !!!!!!!!!!!!! Silly me
You actually cannot help yourself but to reply to my posts with your usual, “drivel”. Well, it keeps me on here!
Anyway, back on topic. I simply stated that we deserved something out of the game, which we did, so there is nothing wrong with pointing out the obvious. I would also like to wish Celtic luck in the knockout stages. My reply and my comments are directed at these idiots who claim that Celtic played us off the park, when its pretty damn obvious that they didn’t! They won, which you have to give credit to them for doing, but to claim that they played us off the park, is extremely laughable! Obviously they didn’t watch the game or something.
And as for the, “loaning out” situation, dumb nuts…We also loaned out Beckham, just before he broke in the team, so again, your comments are not logic as Beckham became one of the best players of the 90s. Giggs didnt break into our team properly until he was 22, Scholes, and all of our other youth players who have played for us, and still do. It’s Fergusans youth policy that seems to work a treat. I think Fabregas is a good player, but I didn’t claim that Rossi would become a better player than him, but I did claim that Rossi would become a better player than Walcott. I’m speaking directly on players who are just about to break into the first team, not players who have already broken into the first team.
I wish that someone who knew a little about football, and a little about youth players who are trying to break into the team would actually come up and have a pretty decent debate with me, as you just struggle to keep up and debate about a sport you blatently know little about. But until that person steps up, i’ll just debate with dumbnuts Drivel
You know nothing Robbo – but I agree it’s fun watching your inane comments
You have plenty of young players playing regualr 1st team football at United – Rooney Ronaldo – but you have nowhere near the quality of the Arsenal kids – Fabregas , Clichy , Eboue , Baptista – Stokes – is on loan to Falkirk and is top scorer in Scotland at 18 – Bendtner on loan at Birmingham – all better players than Rossi – I’m afraid27 November, 2006 at 5:48 pm #236516@robbo wrote:

…they drew against United, beat Spurs convincingly…
You forgot to mention, we beat West Ham away, Chelsea only beat us with a lucky goal, and the demolition job Arsenal did on us was a joy to watch. Beautiful footy!
Yup, it is indeed…I’m a United supporter, and I personally thought we would beat you, but it was a draw…It shows you what fighting spirit can do for you, and it is working marvelous with Reading…Who knows, you may even get into Europe next year
Which shows you how much Robot knows about football – ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
GROW UP KID
Im a United supporter ffs – have you ever been to a live game in your life sonny ???

Emma, I’ve already explained the benefits that we gain from being part of Europe, most of all via trade. If most of our exports go to Europe
But most of our exports don’t go to Europe.
then it makes sense for us to be part of Europe otherwise we wouldn’t benefit from the common trade agreements and this would make our exports less competitive.
Sounds good till you look a bit deeper, the mainland countries are flooding our home market yet are reluctant to import our products
Countries within the EU would just import products from our EU competitors instead. That would mean British business would suffer and could lead to job losses.
Rubbish, the EU imposes harsh import tariffs on imports from outside the EU, that effectively blocks countries who do want to trade with us.
The EU is becoming insular, and isolationist, that leads to stultification of trade and progress.
I can’t believe I’m agreeing with Tiler here – what a week i’m having and it’s only 15:45 Monday !!!

“Before the match it had been the first time we had been looked at as possible favourites…
But we did well and we were always a little bit ahead in every department.”They have done well against the medicre to average teams – but not performed against the big teams – still top half finish should be in their grasp now – the result against Spurs – especially after going 1 – 0 down was excellent – they have coped well in the premiership so far Sheff Utd and watford are finding the going a bit mroe difficult – but having seen a few Watford games on tv , they just aren’t getting any decisions going for them at all !!!

What planet did you live on owen 3 ft and 3 inches to a Yard ffs
Decimilisation has not worked – we still think in feet and inches MPH MPG Lbs and ounces
Actually Driv, older generations think like that
Anyone under the age of 30 will think in metres n litres- certainly my kids look blank when I discuss yards and feet with them. As generations pass, old measurements, just like the quart n the 2 1/2p coin will simply be a thing of the past
I now work out my MPG in litres (if that makes sense)
My car (foreign rubbish) was set up to show fuel consumption in km / per litre or something just as silly I had to get a cd and revise the settings my sat nav etc was in km – the signs in this country are in miles – long may they remain

Have you considered going on stage? No – but if you can convince folks that there were 3 feet and 3 inches in a yard – then perhaps you should !
