There are lots of websites – sort of clubs – for folks who want to download movies – burn music etc .
They explain what the difference between types of media and disks etc and have useful Q & A forums

Instead of putting resources into giving freebies for drug users – which incidentally will increase the number of drug users in my opinion ; we should channel the money into a “drug busting” sas type force – with unlimited powers . Build some large “firing sqaud” walls – and gallows in every town . Anyone found pushing , selling dealing etc – would have the choice – firing squad -or gallows
