hmm mine is planning to move after i have therepy.

i mean i tryed to put wight on but i think i needed more food.

yes it gets easyer and easyer, what i had a prob with was putting muscle on.

i use to go to the gym when i had a goal, i went everyday for about a year and got to the max level on the cross trainer.
